On which devices can I use it?
The software is accessible on computer, tablet and also has a mobile version.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
The initial subscription period is 12 months, starting from the start date specified in the order. At the end of the initial period, the subscription will be automatically renewed for the same duration unless terminated by either party.
What are the termination conditions?
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time, subject to written notification with one month's notice. The termination will take effect at the end of the notice period.
How do I report a technical issue?
